    FPS Interactive Combat Music

In this example, the player is evolving in a Doomlike game, exploring a dark factory on an alien planet, then as they get closer to an enemy, the music becomes more tense. When the player is engaged with the enemy the music changes to action (guitar heavy) to support the player until they win.

  • Race to the Top!

    Race to the Top!

In this racing game the music of the level is divided into 4 sections.
If the player loses, instead of playing the music again from the intro (and irritating the player) the audio engine will randomly pick a different section of the music to start with.

  • Fighting the Bokoblins

    Fighting the Bokoblins

In this video the player goes through 3 different phases:
    -Spotted by an enemy
    -Fighting the enemy
    -Wining the fight

  • Randomisation of a music

    Randomisation of a music

The music plays different segments of melodies and accompaniment randomly to make the music unpredicted and interesting as the player explores the area around the city.

  • Transition From Day to Night Music

Transition From Day to Night Music

The game clock instructs the audio engine to switch to night music after 6pm, and back to day music at 8am with a music transition adapted to the tempo and harmony of the targeted music.

  • Switching from Village to Exploration Music

Switching from Village to Exploration Music

When the player exits the Village, the audio engine waits for a music cycle to be done before switching to exploration music. This allows for smoother transitions.

  • Switching from Exploration to Village Music

Switching from Exploration to Village Music

When the player enters the Village but quickly goes out, if the audio engine is not done playing the exploration music cycle it will not play the village music unless the player stays long enough in the village.
